James Cameron fuels my sons dreams of exploring the ocean depths.
In the picture above you see me, my son, Squidy (his pet squid), Hen’s ROV that his Auntie Maria made for him, Hammy (the hammerhead) and Henry’s recycled dive gear.
Mr. Cameron, yesterday we were huddled around the twitter feed when Mr. Allen posted pictures of your arrival at the surface. My boy was buzzing with excitement. Henry’s favorite place is the Naval Undersea Museum in Keyport. He can tell you the name of any submarine by sight, and if he doesn’t know the name, he will investigate. You fuel his desire to learn. You throw flame on his nerd passion for underwater. You are helping to create a future that will include the bottom of the ocean.
